Sara battled this addictions for 4 years, went through 8 months of long term rehab and left early and months later relapsed. She got clean numerous times. She was headed back to Teen Challenge to start again and finish the program this time but never made it. She got a bad dose of heroin laced with fentanyl and it killed her within minutes. We found her in the bathtub an hour later.
