Sam was a loving and caring person and an awesome daddy. He was always one to help whenever needed. Sam was my fiancé and the father to my kids my best friend. I miss everything about him other than his battle against addiction. His babies miss him so much as well. what I miss the most is his smile.

Samuel was born on December 25, 1994 and passed away on Thursday, February 8, 2018. Samuel was a resident of Thief River Falls, Minnesota at the time of passing. In 2000, Samuel moved to Thief River Falls, MN with his family where he attended Challenger Elementary, Franklin Middle and Lincoln High School.
