My son Danny, was an addict for 22yrs. He fought hard trying to break away, but he would always get sucked back into it. He started using when he was 14 yrs old. And that change my life as well as everyone who loved him.
Danny was a gifted child, smart, funny, loving and kind. He could play guitar or just about anything musical you put in his hands.He has a true gift that way. He said he didn’t fit in, I never understood that, he was good looking, smart and talented. So what was the problem?
I miss him every single day.. I miss his smile, his laugh, his hugs, our long conversations about life. He was doing so well, then he relapsed and died. Shattered all of our lives… I miss him so much.
