Name: Bobby Carlson
Location: Cleveland, Ohio
DOD: June 5, 2017
Robert “Bobby” J. Carlson, III, 23, found peace Monday, June 5, 2017.
Bobby had an infectious smile and a kind heart. He enjoyed working on cars or anything mechanical, spending time with his family and friends and living life to the fullest. Bobby wanted to live. He had dreams of a future career, children of his own and fought hard all the way to the end, but couldn’t break the chains of this demon that is wiping out a generation. Addiction doesn’t discriminate, it will take hold and destroy anyone in its’ path, including the families and friends that love them. Bobby isn’t just another statistic, or just another one gone too soon, he had a great heart with a bright future and was a gift that the world lost.
He is survived by his father, Robert J. Carlson, Jr.; mother, Jessica Plavic (Corbin); step-father, Robert Plavic II; brothers, Austin and Justin Carlson, Braeden Plavic; sister, Jayden Thompson; paternal grandparents, Robert J. Carlson, Sr. and Eileen Carlson; maternal grandmother, Kathryn Corbin; two aunts, Theresa Svigel and Marie Corbin; three uncles, Shaun and Kris Carlson, Nick Corbin and several other family members.
Family will receive friends Thursday, June 8, 2017 from 4 P.M. until time of Parlor Service at 7 P.M., at the Misencik Funeral Home, 36363 Detroit Rd., Avon. Interment will be private.
